After a horrible experience with British Air, I accomplished nothing with them. I needed to find my own hotel and was not reimbursed the full cost (everything was booked in Heathrow). They claimed it was weather but we were originally told that there was a mechanical error (by the time it was fixed a weather front had moved into Heathrow). I asked ClaimAir for help and I admit I was skeptical. But just last week they deposited money into my account!
