We were delayed 24 hours from Warsaw flying with Emirates. EU policy dictates that they provide food and accommodation. Other than that not a word of apology from Emirates or interest in the fact that we had lost our lounge booking which had been prepaid at Dubai. Their advertising is great and their client service appalling. The entitlement of 600 euros ignored so I approached Claim Air who after about 11 months were able to elicit payment from Emirates. It was not about money but the fact that we are only cattle to an airline and that they think they can treat us as they wish. Think twice about flying with Emirates.
