My Lufthansa flight was cancelled, and subsequent flight was delayed, so the delay to Copenhagen was clearly subject to compensation. Although I am a frequent flyer, and well-acquainted with claiming compensation, my claim was refused after many weeks of waiting for reply from Lufthansa.
