It is always distressing when your luggage doesn't show up and even more so when a week later it is still missing. So having been told to purchase what I needed I expected a quick response to sending in my claim. Not only did the response from the airline take a while, then a fraction of the cost of items was offered, then this took months. ClaimAir managed to increase the amount and finally got the airline to pay up. Well done folks. A Good result.
