I was flying with TAP from Lisbon to Stockholm. The flight was initially delayed and we were waiting for over 5hours then the flight was cancelled. They arranged me to fly the next day. I had a direct flight and then I had to transfer. I was late for my meeting and two days wasted on the way. However, ClaimAir helped me get the refund from the company which I didn't even expect.
