Thank you, Jakub and the team of ClaimAir! I had a delayed luggage case, of course, the airline was very reluctant to compensate us. I searched the web, hoping to find someone to help me with that stuff, and I eventually bumped into ClaimAir. I signed up, prepared the paperwork and handed my case over to them. In the meantime, the airline tried to get around ClaimAir by approaching me directly with vouchers and stating that they would not accept ClaimAir as a party to negotiate with. However, ClaimAir had already advised me not to accept anything. So 4 months later, I got a decent refund which I otherwise certainly would not have gotten. So a big thanks to ClaimAir!
