We are a fast growing Prague-based startup and we are looking for a new teammate to the operations department.


WHAT WILL YOU DO

  • Act as a team leader for a team of Operations Executives
  • Set up routines and performance goals
  • Be responsible for fulfilling goals and business targets
  • Be responsible for keeping the customer satisfaction on the highest level
  • Review and track performance on daily basis
  • Keep records of performance, analyze and report to the management team
  • As part of the role you will also have to:

  • Handle individual passenger claims/cases worldwide from start to finish
  • Directly communicate with airlines and travelers
  • Review and collect all necessary documents
  • Contribute to our workflow effectiveness

WHAT WILL YOU NEED?

  • University degree
  • Proven experience of managing individual associates
  • Fluent English both spoken and written
  • Strong communication skills and be precise in your arguments (close to legal services)
  • Multitasking is a myth, however, you will have to be able to manage multiple cases at the same time
  • Be precise in your arguments and have strong communication skills
  • Be high-energy and self-driven individual with a startup enthusiasm
  • Dedication to fight for travelers’ rights
