I missed my connection in Munich from Pisa to Oslo (due to bad weather). I then was redirected via Hamburg. My baggage did not arrive. I was going on a mini cruise 48 hrs after arrival. In the end I had to buy clothes etc. The courier called to say they had the bag, just as the ship was set to sail. So it was a total of 4 days before I finally arrived my bag. Claim Air were excellent in pursuing my claim for some refund for having to buy new clothes. Dita, (the lady that took care of my claim)was extremely precise and professional. She responded very quickly to all of my emails. I now have received the money, directly into my bank account. I would like to thank Claim Air and would recommend using them to other travellers, that have any baggage or delay claim. Thank you Jane
